 Job Description
3 to 6 years of "hands on" experience in Support role in ERP like INFOR, ORACLE, SAP, MICROSOFT Dynamics etc.

· A good understanding of general accounting principles.

· Provide functional support and technical issue resolution to the clients. Functional is MUST, technical will be added advantage

· Develop and delivery training as related to specific application and business process including preparation of materials, agenda, exercises and test data required.

· Traffic, prioritize and route client requests to other internal and external resources.

· Stay connected with clients via weekly or monthly status calls.

· Experience working in software support and system administration a plus.

· Ability to conduct training in person, via telephone and webinar sessions

Qualification- Bcom/ Mcom/ MBA-Finance
