Job Details:

1. Design and development of CRM Solution on Dynamics 365 platform
2. Design and development of solution on legacy MS Dynamics platform viz. Dynamics CRM on-

prem versions 4, 2011, 2015 etc.
3. Knowledge and implementation experience of modelling CRM(SAAS) interfaces with Azure and

o365 offerings
4. Performance tuning of the existing Dynamics 365 (SAAS) solution.
5. Customization and configuration expertise on Dynamics 365 CE platform
6. Familiarity with estimation processes and ability to customize them for Dynamics 365 CE

or SAAS products
7. Knowledge of CRM administration
8. Expertise on CRM admin automation
