 Job Description
 
Overview:
• The candidate would be responsible for providing inputs into GTM for Callidus, and also developing team as well as delivering projects in this domain. The selected candidate would have industry insights into sales and marketing effectiveness, as a result of practice and previous experience

Details:
Necessary
• Implementation experience in Callidus – 2 implementations minimum in various areas of the sales and marketing value chain
• Participating in managing a sales pipeline in Callidus
• Pre-sales and implementation experience in the area of product deployment for sales force enablement, proposal management, and streamlining of sales incentives  
• A strong understanding of cloud and software-as-a-service concepts – and project experience in enabling both concepts
• License strategy understanding for enabling conversations with clients on Callidus
• Team growth and management
• Engagement with business influencers

Good-to-have
• Sales fronting experience, including lead generation for accounts and further sales
