You`ll have the following responsibilities
Why this job matters
This Job Matters as you’ll be responsible for managing performance of various partners/ suppliers working with Corporate Unit and optimize overall CU costbase, focussing operational efficiency while ensuring contractual obligations are met. You will also be responsible to define, develop and track Critical success factors & Performance Metrices of various partners/ suppliers of Corporate Unit. You’ll work with CU Senior Manager – Agile Transformation and ensure the performance parameters are aligned to the business goals of Corporate unit & its functions and develop and publish dashboards, reports and data visulaizations of partner performance. The successful candidate will also be accountable for leading the translation of the Corporate business goals and outcomes into CIO/CDO level dashboards and reports with progress, achievements/misses, areas of interventions for partner performance
You`ll have the following skills & experience
• Ability to develop strong, collaborative working relationships across the business and partners to drive delivery of the Corporate Unit commitments.
• Ability to work across the Corporate unit functions and wider business to ensure we fulfil the function`s medium to long term vision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills as role holder is required to influence across multiple teams both internal and external to client
• Should have strong financial acumen skill to understand and/or manage financial indicators related to goals, products, stakeholders, resources and etc.
• Strong understanding of goals and works within finacial envelopes.
• Requires analytical skills, solid mathematics and problem solving backgrounds, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & MS Word.
• Process optimization through Automation and passing the benefit to the customer
• Must demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of the Digital lifecycle
• Must be a team player able to work professionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Understanding of Lean Agile delivery practices with awareness of major frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Kanban) with the ability to measure team with Agile Metrices
• Storytelling with data: Strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences, senior leadership, and engineering team members.
• Works with key stakeholders to gain strong understanding of critical success factors and Key performance indicators of various partners and programs in Corporate Unit
• Works with CIO’s/Transformation Leads to capture the partner goals, targets & milestones
• Reviewing existing contracts with Partners and Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility
• Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with IT Partners and optimise cost base.
• Responsible for creating a process for capturing, structuring and analysing of performance data across the partners working with Corporate Unit and governance cycles from the functions supported ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Develop dashboards and reports to support effective governance of partner programs and health of Corporate Unit
• Publish clear dashboard & reports, advice and strategy on the achieving target KPIs of the Group IT MD to maximise output and quality of transformation programs where partners are engaged
• Drives key stakeholders to define and deliver the corrective action plans ensuring results are achieved and sustainable suggesting improvements in process & tools and supports best practise in partner performance management.
• Champion data accuracy across various tools and be also able to work out in improvisation of tools landscape within CU
• Work with leadership team on process definition, promotion, and governance required to meet KPI objectives and goals.
• Drives continuous improvement and culture of high performance through strategic programs, advocating for and effecting behavioural and process change across the organisation by influencing decision makers and inspiring and motivating others to adopt new ways of working.
• Developing key hypotheses for interventions for addressing issues and continuous improvement.
