 Job Description
- Rewrite, modify, curate or edit the existing technical content to increase social media engagement with the audience.
- Research, ideate and present creative, intriguing, engaging content for our brand awareness
- Conduct knowledge sessions for prospects or webinar registrations.
- Connect with influencers & members of IT Industry on social media platforms.
- Writing Case studies, White papers, Product documents etc.

- Research Factual Information, Write Presentations.

- Come up with innovative ideas, taglines, slogans, etc for various campaigns, webinars, IT conferences etc.

- Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high quality content

- Write clearly and accurately

- Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on a new project and balance multiple projects

- Take charge of a project from concept through production, or any stage in between.

- Visualize, communicate, and create diagrams for abstract concepts and processes

- Experience creating task-based and process flow documentation

- Excellent oral communication skills

- Excellent research and interview skills

- Extensive experience using Framemaker, Word, Acrobat Pro and other industry-standard authoring and system tools

- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

- Passionate about customers and new technologies
