consumers or businesses and receive payments against them.

Their Product powers electronic payments and collections services for the largest banks and companies in India and also manages the bill payment service of Visa in India. It operates as a neutral service bureau aggregating multiple banks, billing companies and other corporations onto a common standards-based platform for delivering electronic payments and collection services across multiple electronic channels.

Their Product manages these services across a range of access channels viz. Internet Banking, ATM Banking, Tele Banking, Mobile Banking etc. The Payment Gateway services of our Client enable customers to pay online using either their electronic banking accounts or credit cards.

Company is an electronic payment management services company. The Company is focused on leveraging technology to enable banks, businesses and other institutions to present invoices, statements and bills to consumers or businesses and collect monies/ receive payments against them. Our Company offers these services under the brand label of `Our Product`

Over the years the Our Product Payment System has grown steadily, both in terms of the number of Member Organizations using it and in terms of the number of electronic transactions processed through it.

Around 200 Member Organizations - across various industry segments including insurance, telecom, mutual funds, credit card companies, banks, ticketing, etc - today use the Our Product platform to electronically receive and remit monies from/to customers for related goods/services/ investments activity.

The Payment System today processes transactions across all settlement networks - viz. RBI`s ECS network, Visa/MasterCard networks, American Express network, cash card and direct bank bilateral networks.

Work Location: Andheri (W) – Veera Desai Road; Near Azad Nagar Metro Station.

Job Description: Business Development & Client Relationship Management

Job Profile:

As a business development and client relationship manager you will manage large clients within the Insurance/Banking domain.
Your role encompasses the following:-Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within Banks / Insurance companies.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services offered to them
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the business vertical head
Responsible for continuous development of the product offering to existing clients.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

Relevant Industry Exp: Digital Payments/ Banking / Insurance / eCommerce.

Desired Skills:
-Relevant experience in the digital payments sector -exposure to Insurance/ Banking segments would be an added advantage
-Demonstrated competence with client management; having managed large accounts
-Proven ability to build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and business leaders
-Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with partners
-Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
-Strong Educational Background; should ideally possess an MBA(or equivalent)from a reputed university or similar professional qualifications
