Job Summary The Job of the Lead Business Analyst is to create detailed Business Requirement , Operational requirements and enable development of Functional Specification
Reporting to SVP
Key Responsibilities Gather and understand needs of multiple stake holders
Define detailed Business Requirement specifications for all the Business needs
Creating current state Business Process
Creating the Target state Business Process / Architecture
Lead design sessions in creating screen / report formats
Creating Use case based information process flows
Understanding the system landscape
Creating Functional specifications
Review Test scenarios- Maintain Traceability
Requirement Change Management
Provide orientation and training to end users
Create User Manuals
Desired profile Self-motivated, flexible, mature and articulate in speech and presentation.
Excellent analytical skills, problem identification and solving skills.
Highly innovative and results-oriented.
Pro-actively engages all stakeholders in design, priority setting, and implementation.
Knowledge, Skills & Expertise Indian Capital Market Domain Certification
Domain Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Commercial papers & Collateral Management
Experience in creating use case based models, specifications, screen layouts, diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to system programmers.
Experience in delivering elements of system design like business rules, data migration rules etc
Technical background and understanding of data structures/ databases
Experience About 8-10 years of experience – Business Analyst
